Customer Service Excellence on Display at ONCALL
The Australian Achiever Awards measures, recognises and rewards the success of customer service delivery. Established in 1998, the Australian Achiever Awards has been surveying businesses and their customers across Australia. They go directly to the customers and ask for confidential input and feedback. The awards are based on customer feedback.
This process provides an unbiased assessment of a company’s customer service delivery.
This year’s award winners have just been announced; for the fourth time, ONCALL is leading the way. We received a rating of 96.61% for our customer service, 1 of only 4 customers in Australia rated this highly. It is incredibly rewarding being recognised for our customer service delivery! At ONCALL, we exist for our clients and have built the organisation with the belief that everything we do, we do for the people we support.
The introduction of the NDIS has seen the need for support increase dramatically. The premise of the NDIS is to give participants the power to choose. We love this at ONCALL because people will often choose based on the experience they have. By scoring so highly in customer service, it’s evident that people’s experience with ONCALL is positive. As a result, it will keep NDIS participants and businesses alike coming back to us repeatedly.
